Registration

Please, read the whole page carefully to know the process of registration and payment.

The registration fee depends on the date of payment and on your status. The registration fee includes the admission to all scientific session and poster area, program book, one copy of the conference proceedings, refreshments/coffee breaks, Gala Dinner, organizing costs. The accommodation and the conference trip are not included.

Invitation letter can be issued only after the registration fee has been received. See payment details in the regiatration system of SPECOM 2016.

Student fee: student status should be proved by a valid student ID or by a letter from your dean or university administration. Please send a copy of this document by email to specom@hte.hu

In two days after your registration a proforma invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. Only this proforma invoice confirms your orders. In case this message not arrive in this period please notify the conference secretariat specom@hte.hu

Credit card

Ordered services may also be paid by VISA, Mastercard or American Express cards. Please, register yourself through the online registration system and after you receive a "successful registration" message, use the Credit Card Authorization Form to pay by your card. The scanned Credit Card Authorization Form should be sent to specom@hte.hu or by fax (+36 1) 350 0929
